Inclimate Weather Guidelines and Communication

Regarding church services and special events, we believe the safety of all attendees and volunteers is our highest priority. If inclimate weather hits this winter we will be evaluating road conditions and forecasts regularly. We will err on the side of caution. If local roads or our parking lot are snowy or icy we may cancel a service or gathering. We will do our best to communicate no later than 90 minutes prior to the service/event through our email lists and website. Please check these communication "channels" prior to attending if there is inclimate weather in the region. Remember that conditions on Union Hill may be very different than in surrounding areas. If your local roads are icy or snowy we encourage you to exercise caution. You can always join us online for a Sunday service if you're unable to safely attend in person.
